Expand the Equation exists to address the financing needs of business owners and budding entrepreneurs by aligning them with investors, large and small alike.
The Problem
Often times, a business owner, whose successes allow for potentially significant and consistent growth in his company, is hindered in his development as a result of his inability to obtain traditional bank financing.
Conversely, there are many occasions when an investor has considerable assets to invest but is limited to unattractive investment alternatives.

Expand the Equation is a meeting place for individuals on both sides of the fence: those that need financing and those that are looking for investment opportunities, outside of the traditional marketplace.
At Expand the Equation, a business owner and investor(s) can negotiate a financing arrangement for: An agreed upon equity stake in the business owner’s company; A fixed rate of interest with agreed upon terms of repayment; or Both. Through direct negotiation, two (or more) parties can reach an arrangement that meets the needs of all parties, all online.
